Instructions
  1. Pour flour onto work surface and make a hole in the middle,crack the eggs into the middle and then with a fork beat them.
  2. Once eggs have been beaten, with your hands begin to combine flour and eggs.
  3. This will take a while but knead until your dough is nice and smooth.
  4. If this is not happening then add small amounts of water while you knead till your dough is smooth.
  5. Once you have a smooth dough, roll it into a ball and wrap it up and put it into the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Thereafter with a pasta machine you can separate small bits of dough and pass it trough the pasta machine using the specific instructions of your pasta machine.
Recipe Notes

Dough can be frozen for up to 3 months.
