Beef & Sweet Potato Cottage Pie With Cheddar – Serves 1 – 2.
Our traditional bolognaise is made with grass fed beef and organic ingredients, then topped with an organic sweet potato and butter mash and sprinkled with cheddar cheese (pasture raised dairy).
Ingredients: Cheddar cheese, *sweet potato, butter (pasture raised dairy), grass-fed beef mince, *carrots, *onions, *white wine, *Italian tomatoes, *celery (omitted from recipe when organic isn’t available), Himalayan salt and *black pepper.
Serving Suggestion: Add a fresh green salad with seasonal organic salad vegetables and a tray of our organic roast vegetables for a nutrient dense and satisfying meal for 2. Without adding to this meal, it’s a full meal for one.
Heating Instructions: Simply pop into a hot oven for 20 minutes to re-heat and melt the cheese.
