We slow cook our pasture raised lamb mince to a traditional Italian recipe with organic ingredients for a cleaner and more nutrient dense version of a classic favorite. Great to keep in the freezer when you need a quick meal – simply re-heat and serve with organic pasta, in gluten-free wraps, top Santa Annas corn chips with it and some good cheese for a quick meal for kids or entertaining platter, with rice or roast potatoes or top on a slice of toasted sourdough with greens for hearty, deep nourishment.
Gluten-Free. No additives, colorants, preservatives, gluten, starch or preservatives.
Ingredients: Pasture raised lamb, *tomatoes, *carrots, *onions,*celery (this ingredient is omitted when organic isn’t available) *white wine, Himalayan salt & *black pepper.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over organic pasta or gluten-free noodles. This is also gorgeous in our gluten-free wraps or on sourdough toast. This also works beautifull as an omelette filling topped with onion sprouts and micro-herbs.
Heating Instructions: Defrost, decant and re-heat gently on a stove-top. Grate over some cheese from pasture raised dairy.
