Pasture Raised Lamb Ribs.

Our lamb is sourced from Bethlehem from a very special farm we have been working with for years. Farmer Jan, the same farmer who does the heritage breed pasture-raised chickens for us also supplies us with lamb. All crops on the farm are grown organically and all ingredients used in any products made for us on the farm are made with certified organic ingredients. The lamb graze on mixed pastures of organic crops including Japanese radish, oats and rye. No supplement feeds,antibiotics or growth promoters are a part of their diet and the lambs are pasture-raised.
