Pasture Raised Slow Cooked Lamb Stew.
This is a delectable traditional slow cooked rich lamb stew. Made with organic tomatoes, lots of fresh lemon, garlic, rosemary, carrots & onions, you get a luscious thick reduced gravy and very tender lamb pieces.
Ingredients: Pasture raised lamb, *Italian tomatoes, *carrots, *onions, *rosemary, *lemon juice, *garlic, olive oil, Himalayan salt and *black pepper.
Remove sleeve and place the container in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes or decant into a saucepan and gently re-heat.
Serve with organic mashed sweet potatoes or potatoes, brown rice or on sauteed organic greens – lightly braised in olive oil.
