Ingredients: *Onions, *carrots, *garlic, *thyme, *parsley, *bay leaves, olive oil, *baby marrow, *butternut, *sweet potato, *chili, *tomato, *coconut milk, *turmeric, *coriander, *ginger, *cinnamon, *nutmeg, *fennel, *black pepper, Himalayan salt.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over organic basmati rice or starch of choice. This is also gorgeous as a filling in our gluten-free wraps topped with fresh organic coriander. Antonia’s Lily Pilly chutney (condiments) is sheer heaven with this as well as the Ganico Cape gooseberry jam (Jams) with fresh chopped ginger and coriander added to it.
Heating Instructions: Simply pop into a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or decant onto a stove top and re-heat gently.
