Our Organic Emporium house-brand is from a small farm where the herd is raised according to Debbie Logan’s standards for true pasture-raised dairy. This is a non commercial farm, a small herd and volumes are limited. The herd is only raised on outdoor grazing on grass with no supplement feed. Calves are not removed from their Mothers which is why volumes of what we get are limited.
