Organic Plant Based Bolognaise.

Our plant based version of bolognaise and one of our stores top sellers. We pre-soak a mixture of good legumes and lentils and then cook them slowly in a rich tomato ragu.
Ingredients: *haricot beans, *kidney beans, *lentils, *carrots, *onions, *tomatoes, olive oil, *barley, Himalayan salt and *black pepper.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over organic rice or use as a filling inside our gluten-free wraps. Add a large salad of seasonal greens and a tray of our organic roast seasonal vegetables for a satisfying and quick nutrient dense meal. This is also beautiful on a slice of toasted sourdough topped with chili salsa.
Heating Instructions: Remove sleeve and pop inside a hot oven for 20 minutes or defrost and empty contents of baking tray into a saucepan, heat gently on a stove top.
