Instructions
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Add to a beautiful serving bowl, place a rosemary sprig on the top for garnish and drizzle olive oil around this.
  3. Leave on the table - the longer this is left, the better the flavours infuse. Don’t leave it to come together in the fridge as this retards the infusion of flavour - just put it on the table ready for when the meal is ready.
